Better Call Saul Moving Forward Very Successfully, Predicted to Win Emmy, Characters to See Even More Development in Season 2!

“Breaking Bad” was an incredibly successful TV show, perhaps one of the best productions to have hit the screen in decades. It may be over now, but it ended with a very satisfying finale that gave most fans pretty much all they could have asked for. The general sadness about the show’s conclusion was definitely balanced well by the actual contents of the finale, and it’s actually quite rare for a show to not only have a successful overall run, but also to conclude in a way that pleases as many fans as possible.

It even left a more permanent mark on television as it inspired a spin-off based on one of its more colorful characters, Saul. “Better Call Saul” had a pretty successful first season, and while some fans were apparently expecting something more, it’s probably not the most realistic idea to expect this show to beat “Breaking Bad” in terms of quality and popularity.

Still, the show has been moving on quite well and many critics actually expect it to win an Emmy this year. This is a common sentiment among most TV experts, even some people who tend to be generally critical about the works that they discuss. Will the show get the “Outstanding Drama Series” award that it was nominated for? We’re going to find out eventually, but at this point it’s safe to say that it won’t be a big surprise to many people.

There have been other nominations for the production but the “big” one is the one that most critics expect to see awarded to “Better Call Saul”, and many fans of the show seem convinced that this is going to happen too, judging by popular online discussions.

And of course, ever since season 1 concluded its run, fans have been going crazy speculating about the possible developments of season 2 and how the different characters are going to have their personalities developed. Many characters of the show were fleshed out in great detail during season 1, but there is still a lot more work to be done in this regard, and it looks like the producers are well aware of this fact as they have been rumored to be preparing an even more dramatic and tense second season.

Jonathan Banks refused to reveal any spoilers about the production, which was to be expected, even though some fans were still holding on to hopes that he would reveal a little more about the new episodes, according to some online threads.

It’s probably better this way though, as the show is based on tension and suspense quite a lot, so it would be ruined to a pretty major extent by any significant spoilers that might come out from the producers. Still, we do know some minor details about the upcoming plot in season 2, and it’s at least starting to become somewhat clear what the producers are planning to do with the new episodes.

We’re going to see a significant transformation for Jimmy McGill, the main character of the show, bringing him up to where he was in “Breaking Bad”. He started out as a minor lawyer who eventually progressed to something far above that, ending up as Saul Goodman, a character with a lot hidden in his sleeve who knew how to work his way around the people in his life.
