After deciding to quit last week the ongoing One Direction tour concert, which is still happening now in Southeast Asia supposedly due to stress, Zayn Malik is now reportedly planning to leave the most popular British boy band in the world for good.
Apparently, being very popular has put so much pressure and caused a negative impact on the life of Zayn, particularly his romantic life.
Zayn felt the pressure to his love life when photos spread around the internet last week showing him along with a young lady in a club in Thailand during the Bangkok leg of their “On the Road Again” tour concert.
That report should be enough to rile up Zayn’s fiancée Perrie Edwards, who is also a member of the British girl group Little Mix, and most probably gave the 1D singer the ultimatum to either shape up or ship out of her life.
Legal impediments
Assuming that the decision of Zayn Malik to quit One Direction is true, he would have to face serious legal impediments and repercussions for his possible action.
Zayn’s legal team is now looking at the possibility of him quitting the British boy band soon but considering the huge amount involved for non-fulfilment of contractual obligations, his lawyers would likely advise him to just finish his commitments until the end of the year.
While the 1D crooner is said to be convinced that he already wants to quit the boy band, some of his advisers are one with the opinion that Zayn Malik just wanted a break from it all.
They think that once he had enough time to rest and unburden the stress that have hounded him all-week-long last week, he might change his mind and decides to rejoin the group.
The cause of the stress
Much of the speculation as to why Zayn Malik decided to take a break from the band’s ongoing concert tour last week is due to stress as a result of published photos of him in Thailand with another young woman, alluding that he might be cheating with his fiancée Perrie.
There were reports previously that Zayn and Perrie would be tying the knot very soon. The young woman on the photo with Malik however was 19-year-old Lauren Robinson.
But instead of simply denying the allegation that he cheated on his girl, Zayn expressed his apology to Perrie and cited that there have been a lot of jealousy around the world.
On March 18, Malik posted on his Twitter that he loves Perrie Edwards despite a lot of jealousy happening all around the world. He then apologized to his girl for the photo of him and Robinson though he did not offer any further explanation.
Malik reportedly flew back to England from Thailand to appease and make the personal explanation to his fiancée.
In addition to his relationship that was put on the brink as result of the published photos in Thailand, there were also speculations that Zayn decided to quit the tour because of the bond that was imposed by the Philippines on him and Louis Tomlinson for possible use and promotion to Filipino fans of illegal drugs.
Zayn is a decent, caring, intelligent & talented person. He needs & deserves a break!. His health & happiness are paramount. He seems to care deeply about Perrie. It’s got to the stage that it’s her or the band. What a dilemma. 1D is not 1D without him & I suspect they know it. He is in many ways the jewel in the crown. They are all good guys but need Zayn to be complete.
