Xenoblade Chronicles X Arrives in December, to Feature Free Additional Content for non-Japanese Gamers!

The special edition of the game will give players an additional art book as well as the soundtrack on a separate USB drive – collectors have already been going crazy trying to secure deals about this package on the Internet, and it looks like it’s going to be a pretty hot deal overall.

Of course, this won’t mean much if the actual game ends up somewhat disappointing, but from everything that we’ve heard about it so far, that definitely doesn’t seem to be a possibility. A lot of work has obviously gone into this title and we expect it to be a pretty solid hit once it’s out.

There has been an increasing amount of attention from Western audiences towards Japanese games, and developers from the region have been utilizing the situation to their advantage quite successfully, releasing various games that meet people’s demands.

Sometimes though, these releases are done rather poorly as they fail to pass proper localization procedures and end up feeling just awkward for non-Japanese players. That’s the reason why Western players tend to pay special attention to any news about these games’ localization, as it’s one of the most important features in a title coming out of Japan lately. In the case of “Xenoblade Chronicles X” though, it looks like the developers have done a great job all around.
