Singer said that the movie’s cuts are a little long, but the overall film is going to be a longer “X-Men” movie. He explained that in his past “X-Men” movies, he usually endeavor to keep it under two hours. However, he feels that it may not be the case for “X-Men: Apocalypse” because it actually wraps up a total of six movies.
The film director said that there is even a homage at the end, which will be spoiled because the producers are going to use it in the trailer which he said will be released early next year. Singer described it as a really cool trailer.
“X-Men: Apocalypse” will hit theaters on May 27, 2016, and if indeed it is the longest “X-Men” movie to date, the fans would surely love it because Marvel and DC movies these days are running for two-and-a-half hours.
Meanwhile, Sophie Turner will take on the role of the young Jean Grey in “X-Men: Apocalypse.” But the young actress, known more all over the world as Sansa Stark in the popular HBO “Game of Thrones” TV series, is actually capable of playing other mutants too, but in her own unofficial version that is.
Playing around on Instagram, Sophie has taken on Rogue’s powers and absorbs Storm abilities. She then posted a video of herself playing Storm on the photo-sharing application, which many believe the young actress have nailed it.
