“Jane the Virgin” has started to make a huge buzz after it launched its first season and now the fans are angered by how the first season ended. When Jane gave birth to her son, Mateo, the baby was later on kidnapped by Sin Rosetro just a couple hours after he came out.
However, this is not the only intense event that happened on the series finale of the first season. Before giving birth, Jane has her mind on love. She had two exes. Rafael, before the labor, confessed that he still loves Jane and he regrets breaking up with her. On the other hand, Michael comes in with the same agenda of winning Jane back.
The fans are more in favor of Michael since he has been on Jane’s side though her toughest experiences during her pregnancy. He acted almost like her partner in crime and in life. Michael made sweet gestures like bringing her food when she was craving and bringing her a playlist that includes songs like “Push it,” “Everybody Hurts” and “Born This Way” to help her during labor.
On the other hand, Rafael tries to fight on when he told Jane he cancelled his trip because he did not want to miss the birth of Jane’s child. Jane seemed to believe him when Rafael said he did not want to be like his father who abandoned his family.
After the arduous labor, Jane told Rafael that she will think about the prospects of their relationship. Michael, on the other hand, was still sweet and he just told Jane to focus on her son whom he named Mateo Gloriana Rogelio Solano Villanueva.
In terms of the villains, it was not only Sin Rosetro who came back. Nadine also showed up to Michael’s place to offer him a deal. She said she would give Michael the plastic surgeon who knows the new face of Rosetro in exchange for her family’s protection. This has to be an important plot that will continue on the next season as the protagonists race on saving baby Mateo.
On the other hand, there was also something good that happened during the finale. While Rogelio and Xo were vacationing in Las Vegas, they found a mysterious video of them getting married at a chapel. This funny twist could excite Alba and Jane since they both love this partnership even though Rogelio and Xo are not the best partners in the world.
“Jane the Virgin” is considered to be one of the most promising TV series in 2014. It ranked second after Fox Channel’s “Gotham,” which is a story based on “Batman.”
“Jane the Virgin” was actually inspired by the Venezuelan TV show, “Virgin.” The show is about this conservative Latin American girl who became a victim of random medical mistake. She was trying to get a pap smear when the gynecologists exchanged the tools for artificial insemination during her session.
Jane, being a virgin, was now trapped with the surprise of having a kid. Her entire family and her boyfriend, at the time, were all surprised when she told them about what happened. Her boyfriend eventually broke up with her because he thought she cheated on him.
I hope her baby back soon if not I will cry lot it is so sad
