Watch Dogs 2: What Can Ubisoft Do to Regain Fans’ Trust?

If the sequel to the game does come out this year, it’s rumored that it will replace the release of the next “Assassin’s Creed”, as Ubisoft have apparently been rearranging their line-up a bit.

This could mean that the studio will give more time for the development of “Assassin’s Creed”, which certainly sounds like something that could work out in the franchise’s favor, especially given the negativity around it lately.

It’s no secret that gamers have been getting tired of seeing the same old experience every time they play a new “Assassin’s Creed” game, and even though Ubisoft have made some improvements to the formula over time, many seem to agree that the game is in dire need of some more drastic measures.

And if it’s given an extra year of development time, this could imply that the studio is looking into ways to make the game more interesting. Hopefully any drastic gameplay changes will be coordinated with the community properly and won’t come as an unpleasant surprise. People have been asking for Ubisoft to introduce certain things to the franchise for some time now, and the studio should stick to those suggestions instead of trying to come up with any even more unusual solutions that may or may not be taken favorably by old-time fans of the series.
