“Watch Dogs 2” shall also have co-op and competitive multiplayer modes. A player can team up with a friend to complete co-op missions and accomplish missions or rival off hackers trying to invade their game.
The latest trailer of “Watch Dogs 2” also gave a cinematic take on the game as it focuses on the new San Francisco location and features that everyday citizens use technology on the streets, as well as the seedy underground of hackers who manipulate these devices for their own evil interests.
It also highlights some iconic locations in San Francisco, such as the Golden Gate Bridge submerged in Bay Area fog. The development team at Ubisoft Montreal calls it the ‘wild west of technology’ and promises exciting hacking scenarios where the big tech companies of Silicon Valley are located.
The new protagonist in “Watch Dogs 2” is named Marcus Holloway, a young hacker accused of a crime he didn’t commit, which in turn forced him to go against the system.
Marcus differs from Aiden Pierce of “Watch Dogs” in that he is a lot better at parkour, and also has a unique arsenal of weapons and gadgets courtesy of a 3D printer, such as the RC Jumper and a tiny drone called the Quad Copter.
