Want to Play the Final Fantasy 15 Demo? eBay Might Have a Solution for You!

The demo for “Final Fantasy 15” is exclusive to players who have bought “Final Fantasy Type-0 HD”, as part of the promotion for both titles. It was actually a clever move as it drew attention to both games equally, instead of leaving fans to focus on “Final Fantasy 15” entirely. However, as was expected, it’s not actually necessary to get “Final Fantasy Type-0 HD” in order to take a look at the demo for the upcoming fifteenth installment in the main franchise – reports claim that codes for the game have already been put up on eBay.

Apparently, the demo is distributed through unlock codes which are given to players who have bought the required title, and it’s not account-bound. Various players have taken the opportunity to list their own codes on eBay, giving everyone a chance to check out the demo for “Final Fantasy 15” if they’re interested.

The prices are quite reasonable across the board, with some asking merely $1 for their codes, while others going up to $40 for an instant purchase. It should be noted that the $1 sales are usually auctions and not instant sales, so it’s actually not that easy to get a key that cheaply, but there are some players who are practically looking to get rid of their codes and are selling them for next to nothing.

Those who’ve gotten a chance to play through the demo for “Final Fantasy 15” already have had very positive things to say about it, and the overall consensus seems to be that the game is significantly improved compared to the last installment, while it’s also been changed quite a bit. Even though some fans were initially skeptical of the changes when they were announced at first, such as the transition to real-time combat, the final result is surprisingly good and the game reportedly works very well.

All that’s left now is for Square Enix to finally release the title and give players the full experience, but we don’t know exactly when this is going to happen. Reports indicate that the release is right around the corner, as Square Enix have said that they are now putting the finishing touches on the game, yet we don’t know an exact release date yet. In any case, “Final Fantasy 15” should be out sometime in the next few months, considering that the demo is already out and playable. Hopefully, there won’t be an unexpected delay right at the finishing line, because many fans of the franchise are at the peak of their excitement right now and they likely won’t respond lightly to the news that they’ll have to wait longer.
