Does not want to be left in limbo
Fans of the TV series have already taken to social media to rally behind the renewal of “The Mindy Project” Season 4. One fan posted on Twitter that if “New Girl” has been renewed, there is certainly no reason why “The Mindy Project” would be kept in limbo because it deserves a fairly good ending.
Another fan also tweeted that it boggles her mind why the show has not been renewed yet because she is actually looking for an ending that would have a baby Castellanos, the likely offspring of Danny and Mindy in the show.
Reports have it that Fox is seriously looking at the possibility of giving in to the fans wishes by renewing “The Mindy Project” for a fourth season and bring about baby Castellanos. But the network decided otherwise. Good thing, Hulu rescued the show.
“The Mindy Project” has been receiving favorable reviews from fans and critics because of its superb writing and also due to Mindy Kaling’s performance. The show has received a score of 69 from 32 reviews which means it is generally favorable. The show was even regarded as the No. 6 best-reviewed show during its Season 1.
