Some of their fans who have followed them since they took on the role of Four and Tris in the first “Divergent movie shown in March 2014 are hoping that Theo and Shailene end up in each other’s arms.
However, Theo James dismissed the so-called secret dating rumors with Shailene. He said that he and Shailene are just good friends and fans should accept that. He also says that he remains very loyal to his fiancé because he loves her so much and confirmed reports that he is actually planning to wed her in the future.
James and Woodley’s characters in “Divergent: Allegiant” will be exploring the lengths and will have, in fact, intimate scenes too that are expected to spin the dating rumors between them anew.
But the actor said that although there are a number of intimate scenes between him and Shailene, nothing extraordinary unfolded between them. He added that when they were directed to do the scenes, they already bridged the boundary and the friendship gap as well as spotted each other’s abnormality.
He said that being good friends helped them both to shoot the intimate scenes with a bit of ease. For her part, Shailene also said that Theo was the ultimate gentleman and professional during their intimate scenes because he never took advantage of the situation and ensured that she was always comfortable during the filming.
