The open world role-playing video game “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” was launched on the Xbox One, the PlayStation 4, and the PC on May 19, 2015 to positive reception and reviews that gamers could hardly wait for the next update that will come to the game.
The new 1.08 patch will be hitting the game very soon, but more than the patch, the gamers are actually anticipating the release of the final free DLC pack that includes the New Game Plus mode of “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” as well as bigger expansions in the future.
The upcoming patch 1.08 and the other contents were actually announced by Polish game developer CD Projekt Red some weeks after it officially release the game in May, which had players excited and can’t wait to get their hands on it.

A requested feature
The New Game Plus mode is one of the more requested features that was not available during the launch of “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.”
The mode will actually allow players to carry over all items except for quest items, trophies, letters, usable items, and Gwent Cards, obtain a free Potion of Clearance, and start the game from the level reached when completing the first playthrough if the level is above 30, details Geek Snack.
Latest word from sources privy to CD Projekt Red only confirmed the previous reports that patch 1.08 of the game will come before the New Game Plus mode. It was actually CD Projekt Red Community Manager Marcin Momot who confirmed the order of release but he did not disclose details as to the exact date when those new contents will be coming to “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.”
It has been reported previously that the role-playing game will receive more tweaks in the future. The new tweaks will not be coming with the patch 1.08, according to the game developer. In July, CD Projekt Red confirmed that the Triss romance option is going to get some small tweaks in dialogues that will make the choice more satisfying.
Gorgeous landscape
The Polish game developer always comes up with a game that is a visual feast for gamers. It was very evident with the PC version of “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” because the locales in the game were simply astounding
Some of the gamers actually posted the images of the locales in the game in Reddit and it showed how the developer created some huge panoramas to showcase just how great the game can look. They really are visually soothing that even regular screenshots are not enough.
The images did a great job of capturing the graphical work that went into the game, which immensely contributed to the huge and expansive scope of some of the locales of “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.”
It is likely that the same visual feasts will be shown in the New Game Plus mode and the future bigger expansions of the game.

The Witcher 3 seems to be a great game to play! The recent patch seems to add a lot of content. The part about being able to fight while riding a horse seems so epic and its good that they kept the after effects in tact within this update. Also, this expansion might turn the game into one of the reasons to actually buy a console! Overall, the entire series was good already too! I question what will be in store for the next expansion?
