These positive comparisons with “Arkham Knight” only makes sense if one disregards the game’s poor technical condition, of course. Or, on the other hand, it also makes sense for those playing it on a console, where it doesn’t suffer from those huge issues.
In any case, once the game is fixed it should end up proving itself as a solid PC title, although the initial launch might have already damaged its reputation beyond repair. The game is already getting lots of negative comments left and right, and some stores have started issuing refunds to players who’ve purchased it.
It just goes to show that a poor release can hurt a title significantly, and developers are often better off delaying a release by a few months instead of rushing it just so they can meet some release date. Rockstar seem to have the right idea with “GTA 5” at least, as the game’s launch was quite successful despite being a bit late.
