The Winds of Winter Beaten to the Draw in the Book Shelves by ‘A Knight of Seven Kingdoms’

George R.R. Martin has yet to come out with a statement regarding this seemingly monumental slip from the Polish translator because he has been saying time and again that when “The Winds of Winter” is ready for publication, he will be the one to announce it worldwide through his own website.

If the book is to be translated before the end of the year, then it only follows that the book will be finished and come out early next year, which is again consistent with the timetable that “The Winds of Winter” will possibly come out before March 2016.

Many fans of the book and the fantasy novel series have actually been second-guessing the author with his pronouncements on social media, looking for possible hints and trying to read between the lines.

Martin has been saying a few months ago that he skipped attending two major conferences just to finish writing the book.

There were rumors also claiming that a copy of the book has already been given to Director Jonathan Bender of “Game of Thrones” but after a few cover-ups and clarifications, it was later said that the director mistook the series manuscript for the copy of “The Winds of Winter.”
