‘The Walking Dead’ Season 7 to See Rick’s Group Dealing with More Factions Other than Negan and the Saviors!

Fans and critics of “The Walking Dead” would agree that the Season 6 cliffhanger was quite annoying.

With the massive backlash that the Season 6 finale has brought to AMC, the showrunners have decided to take a different approach for Season 7 by hinting that there would no longer be annoying cliffhangers in the upcoming season.

In a recent interview, “The Walking Dead” creator and executive producer Robert Kirkman said that they have to acknowledge that all responses to the Season 6 cliffhanger are valid. So he definitely had to take note that there’s a seemingly significant portion of the audience that was not happy with the direction they took during the Season 6 finale.

He assured fans that there would be no similar cliffhanger for “The Walking Dead” at the end of Season 7.

He also said that they had never anticipated the uproar that happened on the internet over the Season 6 cliffhanger, which he said was really a hard choice for the showrunners as well.

It has been reported last month that some critics observe that the “The Walking Dead” is holding on to its Season 6 cliffhanger the way “Game of Thrones” did last year with that Jon Snow dead or alive question at the end of its Season 5.
