The viewers of “The Walking Dead” would have the advantage of the extra excitement especially if they don’t dwell on spoilers or never bother reading the comic book source material at all.
The most interesting thing to watch out for in Season 7 of “The Walking Dead” is whether Rick and his group shall be able to overcome Negan and his Saviors this season or not. As far as fans of the show are concerned, they surely want nothing more than payback happening before the end of the season.
It would be good if payback would happen within Season 7 but losing Jeffrey Dean Morgan as a big bad would really leave the show groping for form.
After all, “The Walking Dead” seems to have wandered way off any semblance of reality as communities of survivors have sprouted one after the other like wild mushrooms beginning in Season 6 when back in Season 5 and earlier, Rick and company can hardly find any people at all.
In addition, the walkers would have been dead after weeks of not being able to eat any human meat but in the TV series, they continue to swell by the numbers as if they don’t die if the humans don’t kill them. Time for the showrunners to make some reality check on the story as it may become the show’s undoing sooner or later.
