Damon was tricked into going further into the nameless evil’ lair when he thought that he was hearing the voice of Elena in dire need of his help.
Speaking of the nameless evil, it looks like Season 8 already found its new big bad. Williamson said that fans should get ready to meet the evil herself revealing that the show’s final villain is a woman.
While there has been no news of what her exact name is or who will play the villain, it is expected that she’s about to turn Damon into a monster and test the Salvatore brothers to their core.
The show, in its capacity, has notably managed to create some of the best female antagonists.
Katherine Pierce is one proof. Not only did the character’s vile and scheming ways turn the whole Mystic Falls upside down, it also displayed the talent of Dobrev.
As for Stefan and Caroline, Candice King spoke about Caroline balancing her family life while helping Damon and Enzo. King also notes that her twin daughter will come into play early on in the new season.
