Even though the customary fiery eyes, but this time around the developers have taken a discreet approach towards the body size of the T-800. After looking at the image, what are your thoughts?
The new look gives it a very mainstream look, and it does seem to match the technological advancement of today. There is a lot of excitement brewing up in the Terminator-verse as fans seem to be scurrying from one website to the other to catch the glimpse of a few leaked images from the movie, which is going to blow your mind.
The movie will be featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger, back in the role of the Terminator and Emilia Clarke from the Game of Thrones as Sarah Connor. Genisys is the most awaited movie of 2015.
Taking a look at the story line, Genisys looks to reset the past and introduce a different timeline (an alter story) where Kyle Reese (played by Jai Courtney) will be sent back in time to defend Sarah Connor and inhibit Skynet and its machines from taking over the world. Though Reese finds Sarah, but she is being protected by the aging Terminator (Our very own Arnold), who plays Sarah’s guardian and from there the story starts as they team up to fight against the Skynet.
The trailer that released before Christmas was enough to set the rumor mills abuzz as it gave light to loads of spoilers and fan rumors. To be honest, the trailer revealed quite a bit on what was in store for the fans but according to the rumors and spoilers things started taking a path that was not at all favorable by the fans or followers of the Terminator franchise. But even though the trailer did not tip the entire story over, it did say that there was more to Terminator: Genisys than met the eye.
Director Alan Tylor (who also directed Thor: The Dark World) stated that in this flick, they have tried to express the threat of the machine in certain things that they were more a part of and were afraid off. The movie is set to hit the theaters in July with a very powerful cast (Emilia Clarke, Matt Smith, Jason Clarke, Jai Courtney, and Arnold Schwarzenegger).
