‘The Sims 4’ Upcoming Expansion Pack to Immerse Players’ Sims in the Different Cultures of Modern City!

Critics believe that the dismissal of the rumors by Lyndsay Pearson came rather a bit late since the speculations have begun as early as last year. She could have quashed and debunked the speculations back then if the intention was indeed to make a clarification.

There are reportedly two major reasons for the decision of EA to abandon the porting of the game to the current generation gaming consoles.

The first one states that EA is waiting for the release of the next generation gaming consoles in the Xbox Two and the PlayStation 5, which would not happen until 2018 or later.

The second reason suggests that the game publisher and game developer want to focus on the development of “The Sims 5” instead of figuring out how to port the game on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

Although “The Sims” titles are usually made for the PC, the previous iterations of the game were brought to other platforms so it is a mystery to most critics and gamers why “The Sims 4” have not gotten the same treatment.

Still, the life simulation video game is very enjoyable on the PC because of its continuous expansion through various downloadable contents.

A few weeks ago, the Backyard Stuff pack was released to “The Sims 4” as well as an additional update featuring a nanny, which Sims can now hire to babysit their kids.
