One of such alternative being, for instance, the 3D printing a replica of the game’s complete overworld.
Willard McFarland was the one to procure the creation, and he also shared a picture of it on Twitter. According to a report by Retro Gaming Mag, the piece was vended through the Facebook group Trade Sell Collect Retro, McFarland also said that the person he bought it from had spent six months constructing the map in Minecraft.
Then they used that to create a file for a 3D printer. After 24 hours of printing and six hours of painting, this was finally in existence.
Mike Matei, who happens to be a web series producer along with Retro gamer went on to upload and share a succession of high-resolution images of the map, which he received from McFarland.
From what we can gather from those zoomed in images, are but some small details starting from the different dungeons in the game to the infamous graveyard. Also included are small entrances to tunnels and river docks.
The revelation of these maps has certainly created quite a stir. Stay tuned to us for more news related to The Legend of Zelda.
