It looks like some dramatic developments are planned for the fall finale of “The Originals”, especially for Klaus who will have to go through some trouble in order to save Cami. There has been speculation from fans for a long time now that we’re going to see a more dramatic development on this side of the story, and it looks like this will turn out to be true. The synopsis for episode 9 has been released and it’s currently the subject of active discussion among fans of the show.
The episode won’t be all about Klaus and Cami of course, as it will also focus on other characters of the show and feature them in more interesting side plots. Freya will be looking for some way to undo the curse that has been brought upon her family, and in the meantime we’ll see Hayley and Jackson dealing with problems preventing them from enjoying a relaxing Christmas celebration. All in all, it looks like this episode is going to pay enough attention to pretty much every character of the show, so fans should be sufficiently pleased before the show comes to a pause.
Freya’s plans will apparently land her under the crosshairs of The Strix, although we don’t know what exactly will happen to her. There are implications that she will be in a lot of trouble though, and that would certainly be in the style of the show so we wouldn’t be surprised if she ends up facing something even more difficult than fans are suspecting.
The issues that Klaus and Cami are facing in particular refer to Cami’s idea to help out Detective Kinney with his life issues, but his problems will apparently start to influence her as well and the two characters will soon face a particular challenge that will put them to a true test.
It doesn’t sound like that’s all that will trouble the two characters though, as another promo for the show that we saw recently also showed them facing another issue. It’s interesting to think about how the two characters could come up against a common problem together, and it’s no secret that they have been among the more favorite character duos among TV fans for a while now, so we expect to see some good chemistry between them.
That’s even more credible considering the special position of the episode in the overall line-up of the show, and the producers must definitely be planning some more exciting developments before they leave for a pause. It’s pretty typical for “The Originals” to leave on a cliffhanger, especially when it comes to some of its more important characters, and the producers of the show are known for their ability to keep their fans on edge and to always have them second guessing what’s about to happen. Because of this, and because of the synopsis that we’ve seen already, it’s reasonable to expect that the finale of the current run is going to show us something that will have fans talking for a long time.
There is still some time left to go before the episode airs, and as it’s getting closer, discussions among fans keep ramping up. There is certainly a lot of hype around this episode and a pretty big reason for the producers to be careful with how they are approaching the plot.
