The Originals is a very popular spin-off of The Vampire Diaries and even though the show is only in the third season, it has amassed quite a following. That following have been watching the story lines very closely and might have had to deal with one of the worst moments in the show recently. The spoilers were all over the web, but most chose not to read them and just watch as a death of a long time character unfolded right before them.
That death was of Jackson and even though it was quite a shock to most of the viewers, the other side of the coin is how this is going to change things for Hayley. Hayley never really knew much about her werewolf side before meeting Jackson and being married to him was probably one of the best things to happen to her. The death of Jackson is certainly going to have an impact on her character and the curse is probably going to change as well.
According to reports, in an interview Nathan Parsons said that he could only speculate about the curse and the path it will take now, confirming that he did not know much from this point forward. Because Hayley and Jackson were still married when he died, there will likely be a tie-in there as well. Technically, they are still married, so that will play a role in what happens next.
Besides that shocking story line coming to an end, fans have been watching how Claus has been ruling the world in The Originals Season 3. Fans were left with Cami’s death, but there was plenty of speculation online about if she was really murdered or not. For those that have been watching the show for a long time, even watching some of the characters on The Vampire Diaries, you know that nobody is every “really” dead. Fast forward to this week and we get to see that Cami has become a vampire, finally. It was only a matter of time and a death is always a great reason to make the transition.
The second half of The Originals Season 3 has started with a bang as fans get to see Cami back in action and they are now wondering how much of a “dark side” she is going to have being the immortal she never wanted to be. We have all seen what happens when a vampire loses their humanity and one can only speculate that it will happen to Cami as well. The odds are good that many deaths will be occurring over the next few episodes. Having a strong influence from Klaus, Cami is not going to be planting flowers in any garden that is for sure.
