If it’s any consolation to fans, Michael Narducci, executive producer of “The Originals,” said that viewers and fans should remain hopeful in an effort to calm frantic nerves, which seems misplaced for the Holidays.
He said that people should believe that there is hope, there is love, there is family, and there is the devotion that everyone has to one another as spirits and humans. He added that is the real story that “The Originals” is telling.
There’s also a bit of uplifting news on episode 10 that was provided by Hayley and Jackson. Hayley, played by Phoebe Tonkin, was quoted as saying to Jackson that her feelings for Elijah are complicated but that does not mean that she loves him any less. She said that she is choosing Jackson and will be choosing him again every day if it is still not enough.
For his part, Jackson said that he was born to love her, finally finding a common ground with his wife.
As for Vincent, he made good on his promise to become the city’s new regent, though he probably would not have applied for the job if he knew what kind of string would come attached to it.
Tristan, with the Finn necklace in his hand, was shown crashing the coronation only to inform Vincent that he’s basically his new servant.
