This means that gamers will finally get their hands on the much-awaited action-adventure game in less than a month.
Nintendo states that releasing the game this year is perfect as it coincides with the 30th anniversary of “The Legend of Zelda” in Japan.
“The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD” is just among the six games that Nintendo has promised to the Wii U gaming console this year.
According to Venture Beat, Nintendo may face a huge transition this year due to the new NX hardware, but this doesn’t mean that it won’t have software support for its Wii U and 3DS hardware.
After “The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD” is released next month, “Pokken Tournament” will follow on March 18. “Star Fox Zero” is slated to come out by April 22.
The remaining three games are “Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem,” “Mario & Sonic at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games,” and “The Legend of Zelda” on Wii U.
No specific dates have been confirmed by the Japanese game developer yet, but they are all listed to come out this year.
Additionally, the company notes that Project Giant Robot and Project Guard, two prototypes that Nintendo showed off at the E3 trade for two consecutive years, are also listed to have a “to be determined” release date status.
