Apparently, Nintendo was planning to launch the game with a version for the NX in tow which is likely the reason for its intentional delay. What seems confirmed at this point is that the game shall come out next year, regardless of whether it will happen in March or any other month.
When asked recently about the stage of development of the new “The Legend of Zelda” game, Aonuma said that he was already putting together things for the characters’ dialogue and the in-game text, or about the same time when we was doing the same at the end stages of development for the “Skyward Sword” for the Wii.
Despite the absence of the official rollout date, the good news for gamers is that the game will finally be a reality after nearly four years of wait from the time that Nintendo made its first announcement.
More importantly, based on gamer feedback after seeing the gameplay and having the walkthrough at Nintendo’s E3 2016 booth, “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild” turned out to be a boundary-breaking new game in the acclaimed video game series.
The game is actually a new take on “The Legend of Zelda” series and gives main character Link an unprecedented amount of freedom in its open world.
Critics also cited the superb voice acting in “The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild” based on its official trailer.
