The Last of Us 2 May Add an LGBT Character as Second Main Protagonist After Ellie, New Rumors Claim!

He added that their team’s lead concept artist has been pushing him and the creative team to put in more of different elements into the cast of “The Last of Us 2” which could be a diversity in terms of the character’s skin color or gender.

As far as the release date for the game is concerned, there have been previous reports that “The Last of Us 2” might be unveiled next year.

However, recent reports seem to indicate that it is not going to happen at all next year but perhaps three to five years from now.

Accordingly, Naughty Dog is currently developing a new game extension for their equally acclaimed “Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End,” thus, it would take the developer more time before it can focus on the development of “The Last of Us 2.”

As soon as “Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End” was released in May, many fans thought that the game developer might have turned their heads in developing the new “The Last of Us” game, but what happened was otherwise.

If the speculations are anything to go by, it is expected that “The Last of Us 2” will be set in the first-person point of view and could finally support virtual reality (VR) technology. The rumors are pretty consistent in saying that “The Last of Us 2” would be a continuation of the original game.
