Frozone has become a fan favorite because of his great vibe and witty comments. Hence, a longer screen time or even a back story probably wouldn’t hurt the upcoming sequel.
Another fan favorite is Edna Mode, the costume designer for the Parrs. According to reports, the character, voiced by Brad Bird himself, will be playing a bigger role in the movie as well, which gives fans a hint that the Supers will probably get another costume overhaul.
In the 2004 movie, Jack-Jack was still an infant who was initially thought to be normal. That is until he exhibited mysterious superpowers near the end and gave way for the family to beat Syndrome.
It is still unknown if Jack-Jack will be a grown up in the next film or if the events will happen just a few months or days after the first film. Speculations say that Jack-Jack, having had the most peculiar powers among the Parrs, might even be the villain in the sequel.
While all information about “The Incredibles 2” are deemed speculations right now, Disney and Pixar are known not to disappoint fans when it comes to their animated films especially when it took more than a decade to hit the big screen.
