In an episode named, “Driven”, Alicia is up against lawyers from her old firm in a case of a person taking a self driving car and smashing it into another vehicle. Alicia and Peter are bring put to the test and so is the marriage.
In the meantime, Peter is disappointed in the fact that Jackie and Howard Lyman. Over the next six episodes leading up to the break for the Superbowl, the show has been taking turns and bringing in twists that have viewers at the edge of their couches.
The show is getting very good ratings and the initial DVR numbers indicate that the premiere episode for The Good Wife Season 7 brought in more than eleven million viewers. The fifth episode was just a little bit less with just 10.2 million viewers. That is plenty of viewership for a young show and will easily get them a gig for a third season.
