With that in mind, we’re curious to see what everyone who was involved with this production is going to do with their career in the future. There are various possibilities for everyone, and even though “The Following” came to an end eventually, the show still served as a pretty good step up for pretty much everyone involved.
It would also be interesting to see if the actors involved in the show get to reprise their roles as cameo appearances in other productions, something else that would be an exciting development for most fans.
That wouldn’t be out of the question right now either, as it’s a common way for showrunners to keep their fans happy despite the cancellation of a certain production and we’ve seen it with other shows as well.
“Constantine” is a good recent example, after the show was cancelled and it was revealed that its main character was going to make a short appearance in another show soon enough. While it’s obviously not the same as seeing the character himself once again, it’s still a nice enough consolation for fans of the show who were disappointed to see it cancelled in the first place and were looking for any way to get some extra time with their favorite character.
