All that’s left now is to see how Barry is going to use his new top speed to tackle Zoom. There has been a lot of build up for the fight between the two characters, and the writers conveniently used Barry’s lack of abilities in order to keep dragging out the actual moment of confrontation.
Now that Barry got his needed “upgrade” though, we expect the fight to take place very soon. We wouldn’t be surprised if it actually comes in one of the next episodes of the show, although on the other hand it’s also possible that the writers are planning to introduce a few more twists and turns.
But in the end, they don’t have much more time to resolve this situation, and fans have been getting anxious to see the final outcome too. In some cases, there is a slight tone of frustration in those discussions as it seems like the main development has been coming along more slowly than some were anticipating.
The show has been handled very well so far so we have no doubt that the next episodes are going to bring even more exciting developments. The producers of “The Flash” managed to take an iconic character and breathed a lot of fresh life into him, introducing him to many people who likely wouldn’t have heard about him at this stage in their lives.
