After dealing with the Reverse-Flash in Season 1, Barry Allen is now facing a tougher speedster of a menace in Zoom. And considering that the villain also has the same level of speed as The Flash, if not better and more powerful, The Flash would need all the help he can get to deal with the new terror to hit Central City.
It has been previously reported that The Flash will draw on several speedsters to combat the new batch of menace that will come to Central City in the aftermath of the big storm which was shown during the Season 1 finale.
The second season of “The Flash” premiered on The CW on October 6, but Tony Todd as Zoom initially started off as a voice of the new menace beginning on the second episode of the TV series titled “Flash of Two Worlds.”
Accordingly, the producers of the popular TV show will draw out the mystery of villain Zoom like a horror movie, which suits Tony Todd’s portrayal just fine, having been a popular character in many other horror flicks other than “The Candyman.”
Showrunner Andrew Kreisberg explained that during Season 1, they just modulated Tom Cavanagh’s voice as the Reverse-Flash, but come Season 2, it would be a bit different.
