The show creator also talked about Red’s plan which he said is not in place amid things that are happening faster than the Blacklister had anticipated, thus putting the whole crew in a very uncomfortable situation.
In terms of what’s in store for the subsequent episodes of Season 3 of “The Blacklist,” it is also expected that the real-life pregnancy of Megan Boone by his artist-boyfriend Dan Estabrook, will be integrated into the show.
Bonkenkamp has said that they plan to write Boone’s pregnancy into the series in the second half of Season 3.
There have also been reports that a Season 1 Blacklister will be coming back to the TV series.
Accordingly, Blacklister Gina Zanetakos, played by Margarita Levieva, will return in one of the episodes of the second half of Season 3 of “The Blacklist.”
Zanetakos first appeared in Season 1 of “The Blacklist” after Liz learned that her husband Tom has a double identity.
Red filled Liz in on the Zanetakos who is apparently an assassin involved in corporate espionage and terrorism. Liz also found out that Zanetakos is Tom’s former lover.
When she was apprehended in Season 1, Zanetakos was offered a deal by the FBI in exchange for her testimony, which opened the doors open for her return.
