The mid-season finale of The Blacklist Season 2 left the fans hanging from a cliff, but with the season resuming in February 2015, the wait is about to end soon. Fans are hoping to catch the details before the season resumes. At the half-way point of season 2, viewers witnessed Raymond ‘Red’ Reddington trying to get close to Berlin, his sole objective at the moment, but Red is nowhere close to achieving his target.
Initial speculations suggested that Red would meet Berlin within the first quarter of season two. However, as the season progressed, there were no hints suggesting so. The latest word claims that the duo will come face to face when season two goes back on air this February. We cannot make assurances of the same, unless the makers make a formal announcement.
As mentioned earlier, Red will be kidnapped when season two resumes, but he will not try to escape his captors, in a bid to get close to his foes and find out all that he can about his foes. Even though this is not a part of the official synopsis, people who know Red are aware of this particular peculiarity about his character.
Ron Pearlman plays the antagonist in this episode, although, no other details are currently available. However, Red needs to change his game plan as his enemies are aware of his strategies. The Red that we know is always a step ahead of his foes. He needs to keep shifting his strategies if he wants to keep the equations in his favor.
Even though Red can go ahead with his plans, there are no guaranteeing foolproof results every time. Hence, Red’s decision to get into deeper mess might lead to circumstances that he might not fully understand. Liz has kept Tom captive at an old dockyard, which is chanced upon by an employee of the dockyard.
He disperses after Liz shows him her badge, only to return later on. Tom grabs hold of the man and kills him, hoping that Liz will set him free in a bid to avoid a messy situation. The Blacklist Season 2 continues from this point onwards. In the promo video clip, viewers see the dockyard employee’s widow file a Missing Persons Report.
The situation has indeed turned a lot worse than it was previously. Does Liz manage to talk her way out of this mess? Stay tuned for the return episode to find out! I think The Blacklist is one of the best TV shows! The acting, the action, the story and the camera viewing is fantastic! Of course James Spader and his possible daughter and all of the actors make this show so intriguing.
