Tekken 7 Will Probably See Miguel’s Return, Tales of Berseria Collector’s Edition Coming Early Next Year!

“Tekken 7” has been out for quite a while now, and the developers have had plenty of time to fix all the lingering issues with the game’s balance and performance. Currently, most fans are happy with the state of the game in most aspects, although we’ve seen some comments from gamers who are apparently getting a little bored with the currently available content.

Which is why the recent announcement that Miguel will be coming back to the game was met with a lot of excitement from most fans. We don’t know if the character will be added in the same way as he was presented previously, or if the developers have decided to make some changes to him.

So far though, the various bits of information that have been released about Miguel seem to hint towards the same personality and backstory that we know from before. His fighting style should be relatively familiar as well, judging by the way other characters were handled in the new game.

Meanwhile, it also looks like Bandai Namco are preparing an additional surprise for their fans, as a special collector’s edition of “Tales of Iberia” is set to be released early next year. Those who want to get their hands on the package will have the chance starting January 27.

And of course, it should go without saying that interested gamers should hurry to reserve their copies, as the collector’s edition will arrive in limited numbers. It’s entirely possible that one could obtain a copy on sites like eBay after the promotion is over, but of course they should also expect to pay quite a lot more in that case.

What’s offered in the box? Other than the game itself, fans will get their hands on a special case for it, mini figures, a special keychain, and a disc with selected audio tracks from the game’s playlist. Then we also have the novel “A Witch’s Tale: A World Full of Daemons” included in the package, in a special hardcover edition that should please most gamers who want some extra knowledge about the game’s lore.

Last but definitely not least, there will be some exclusive trading cards as well as an artbook for the title. It looks like those who want to truly dig deep into “Tekken 7” will have the perfect opportunity with this release, although as we said above they should also hurry to make sure they’ll make the cut.

Current reports indicate that there will be only 1,500 editions of the collector’s package released on the market, so it will be a difficult battle indeed. Gamers should also keep in mind that various people are going to order those packages just so they can resell them later, so the competition will be fierce. Hopefully some of the content will be made available for free online later on, so that gamers can at least see things like the artbook and other details from the collector’s edition.

Tekken 7

Bandai Namco definitely seem to know what their fans want and how to deliver it to them, and the company has been working hard to maintain the already solid reputation of “Tekken 7” since the game came out. The title is already in a pretty good state and the studio arguably doesn’t have to do much to keep it that way, but they still seem determined to put a lot of hard work into the game.
