Ian Bohen’s Peter Hale was confirmed to return when he appeared in the trailer and attended the San Diego ComicCon in July. Fans are now raving for Tyler Hoechlin, Daniel Sharman, and Crystal Reed, who played Derek, Isaac, and Allison to return.
Hoechlin has reportedly been in talks with the MTV drama to reprise his role and now that he has finished his “Fifty Shades Darker” and “Supergirl” stint, he is available to shoot some scenes for the series.
Sharman, on the other hand, has been actively supporting the show since he left after the third season. “The Originals” star has attended a lot of fan conventions for the show even after he left the series and has also expressed his desire to return.
As for Reed, her character was killed by the end of Season 3, but she returned last season as another character that was essential to the Beast of Gevauden storyline. Fans hope that the actress returns to the show in any capacity.
Fans also hope that Arden Cho’s Kira would return for the series finale to wrap up her storyline with Scott. Cho, who plays Kira, has exited the series after Season 5.
Her character was last seen storming off with the Skinwalkers so they can teach her how to harness her kitsune powers. Fans hope that Kira would make one last appearance to close her storyline for the show.
