Time jump to the last day of school at Beacon Hills High and the four seniors contemplate that they are leaving their town already.
Stiles leaves Mason his bat and says that Liam and Mason need to heave each other’s back all the time. He also left Scott his jeep and he got in the pre-FBI program all thanks to Scott’s dad.
Lydia will be going to MIT while Scott’s going to UC Davis. Malia still has to attend summer class before graduating.
Many fans found the episode fitting for a series finale already, but executive producer Jeff Davis says that there’s more to come in the show’s final 10 episodes.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Davis says that the second half of “Teen Wolf ” Season 6 will open with another time jump, with Liam, Hayden, Corey, and Mason now seniors.
He teases that it might not be the last of the Wild Hunt, though, as there’s a certain cause-effect that might bring the creepy riders back to Beacon Hills.
The executive producer adds that the final 10 episodes will address Melissa and Argent’s relationship, Peter and Malia’s father-daughter connection, and more of Stiles and Lydia’s relationship.
Davis says that the last half of the final season will start and end with Scott, adding the many beloved characters are set to return. Fans speculate that Derek and Kira are one of them to finally give the alpha a proper ending.
It will also focus on Liam, who has been the beta-in-training for the longest time and how Beacon Hills will survive with and without the supernatural, Jeff Davis adds.
The ending to 6A was rushed and contrived to put a pretty little bow around some aspects of the series. As a pet owner I am horrified that Scott Mcall who has been portrayed throughout the series as struggling academically has been accepted by UC Davis to study Vet medicine. Malia ‘graduating’after ‘summer school’ is an insult to every young student who has worked hard and struggled to graduate High School, American Educational Standards and the statutory requirements of Caliifornia for the awarding of a High School Diploma!
