‘Teen Wolf’ Season 6 Episode 2 Finds Scott, Lydia, and Malia Challenged to Remember Stiles!

The sixth and final season of MTV’s “Teen Wolf” continues to build the tension surrounding the disappearance of Stiles.

The latest episode saw how immediate it was for Scott, Lydia, and Malia to realize that they were missing someone important in their lives. While they didn’t get it right away, the episode was a huge step in remembering their friend.

Lydia has been bothered by the sound of a train all day. She also stops by Stiles’ locker not knowing why she was waiting there before class.

In class, she sees a nurse taking Stiles seat. When she follows her across the hall, she flashes back to the night of Stiles’ disappearance. She’s pulled out of hallucination when Malia saves her from almost being hit by a car.

Malia also finds it hard to keep human without her anchor as she’s giving into her primal urges. Malia has been having trouble controlling herself as her claws nearly come out after getting a bad grade.

She also built a coyote den in the corner of her room to sleep in. She eventually tells Lydia to chain her up in the school basement saying that someone used to do that but it wasn’t Lydia nor Scott.

As for Scott, he always seems to be coming back to Stiles’ locker. He attempts to break in but the new teacher, Mr. Douglas catches him and says that he might get in trouble for breaking in someone’s locker.

The alpha werewolf goes to Deaton to ask for help. Deaton says the subconscious could be a conduit for him to remember so he suggested that Scott sleeps soundly and let his mind flow freely.

However, Scott wakes up in the woods not knowing why or how he ended up there. He then calls Lydia and Malia and recalled that during the night he was bitten, he was alone in the woods looking for a dead body but he couldn’t remember with whom.

Scott says that he thinks he had a best friend, Malia says someone wants her to stay human, and Lydia says that whoever it is they were looking for, she thinks she loves him. The trio deduces that the one missing was someone erased in their yearbook photo.

The three then realized that they are probably missing the same person and ask Deaton for help. Deaton gives Lydia the piece of glass that was shattered from the car in episode 1 and tells her subconscious to go into a state of trance.

Lydia then starts writing something while in trance. Malia reads that she has written the word “mischief” over and over, but Scott notices that she wrote it in the shape of the word ‘STILES.’

The episode also revealed more information about the creepy Ghost Riders thanks to Corey and Mason. The two witness a friend of theirs being taken by the Ghost Riders the same way Stiles was. Thankfully, Corey’s invisibility powers saved him and Mason.

Corey and Mason, in turn, struggle to remember their friend Jake as his existence has also been erased from everyone’s memory. As for Liam, he finds it hard to trust Corey given his former allegiance with Theo.

Corey then offers to work with Liam to find a trace of the Ghost Riders. Using Corey’s powers, they find a blank library card and realized that it was their friend Jake Sullivan who was taken.

While it wasn’t directly stated, it hinted that they will remember someone who has been erased by the Ghost Riders when they saw his or her photo. The big question now is how the pack gets them back.
