Sylvester Stallone’s half-brother has been in the news much recently. Dante Stallone who is nineteen years old was according to reports brutally assaulted in Tallahassee, which is situated close to the Florida State University Campus.
Dante seems to have suffered injuries to the likes of a shattered jaw, a palate that was ripped and split, apart from having his teeth broken and knocked-out by the assaulters. In a report by TMZ, the agency reports that Dante Stallone needs reconstructive surgery and is having to have to spend quiet a lot of time under observation and care in the hospital, after the weekend attack.
Apparently, Dante was the victim of an unmotivated attack, while he was leaving the Taco Bell, around the state University of Florida, at about 3 a.m. The teen later told the police that there were two involved in the incident. However, Dante was not able to identify the suspects, for he hadn’t seen them before.
The authorities are still trying to catch the perpetrators of this unspeakable crime. Sylvester Stallone’s teenage half-brother, also confirmed to the police that the two men who attacked him, didn’t speak to him, nor did the try to steal anything from him. This was the most astonishing thing in the whole ordeal.
Dante happens to be related to Sylvester Stallone, in terms that he and the Hollywood legend share the same Father, the late Frank Stallone Sr. Dante was from Frank’s fourth wife, Kathleen.
The Hollywood star said in an interview about his brother that, Dante “is a wonderful young man,” that he a straight-A student and tends to stay out of trouble. Sylvester Stallone who is 70, stated in a statement that the incident was as just so tragic and awfully sad. So, it is apparent that the family of the movie is deeply disturbed about the incident.
The Tallahassee Police Monday, on commenting on the incident which took place on Saturday night that their Violent Crimes in conducting the investigation of this incident very seriously. Dante had further informed the officers that the perpetrators had punched him in the face.
However, he was able to run away from them by running towards the Florida State University Campus.
According to the statement given by the police, they informed us that Dante was able to dodge his attackers once he was near Campus. In that instant, after losing his attackers, he realized that he was suffering from several injuries. The nineteen-year-old was then taken to the hospital by one of his friends.
Responding to the incident, another one of Dante’s half-brothers, Frank Stallone, posted a comment on Facebook. On the social networking site, he said that all he could say is that the cowards responsible for putting their beloved brother in this state are lucky that he wasn’t present at the scene.
He further went on to say that were not his father, the late Frank Stallone Sr. not dead, they both would have seen to it that the attackers of his brothers would be taught a proper lesson. He referred to the attackers as “those two coward punks.”
Dante is believed to be represented by Exxcel Model Talent. The agency wished him a speedy recovery after the assault, on social media.
Representatives for Florida State did not directly respond to requests for comment.According to PageSix.com, the 19-year-old told law enforcement agency that the men didn’t speak to him and didn’t try to mug him and he’d never seen them previously.
Frank Stallone Sr, who is Dante and Sylvester’s father passed away in 2011, and Stallone Sr.’s fourth wife Kathy is Dante’s mother.
