Sylvester Stallone has decided to let go of one of his properties, according to recent reports – more specifically, one in La Quinta, for which he is asking a little over $4 million. The property is built up with a villa dating less than a decade ago, styled very tastefully according to reports, both on the outside as well as inside. A lot has actually been said about the state of the house by media reports, and it seems like many people are fond of the villa that Stallone is trying to sell.
According to reports, the place contains its own entertainment center with a special wet bar, as well as several rooms for pleasure and different types of activities. In addition, the house is very well connected with various doors going from one area to another, and an overall great design that makes for very comfortable living. Adding the fact that it’s located in a gated community, this place definitely sounds like it would be interesting to live in.
There is also a swimming pool which reports claim has been custom made from the ground up, and includes a dedicated spa with everything necessary for a great, relaxing time. All in all, it sounds like the house has more than one would need to live a comfortable life for as long as they require, but of course it’s also not for everyone’s pocket. The fact that it’s being sold by Stallone himself should be a clear indication of that fact in the first place.
Other than that, Stallone hasn’t been in the news much lately. The star is still hard at work on the next installment in the “Expendables” franchise, but things have died down on that front recently and we haven’t heard any new reports about Stallone’s progress there. There are actually some relatively worrying statements coming out, saying that Stallone has been having some troubles with his work on the next film as he hasn’t been able to fill certain casting spots as he intended.
Indeed, several stars have already turned down the actor on his offer to join the production, reports indicate, and it’s not very clear how many famous stars we are going to see in that film in the first place. One of the main selling points of the “Expendables” is that the films are always shot with various prominent action film stars, and they offer a lot to fans of all circles. If Stallone isn’t able to fill his roster with similarly ranked stars this time, this can cause some problems for him and the way people perceive the film once it’s out.
But of course, we don’t really have enough information about the next installment to make an adequate statement about how the film is going to look like and whether or not it will be accepted well by its fans. For all we know, it could actually have some interesting roles that we aren’t hearing about yet.
