After all, with such a diverse range of possibilities for who might get added to the game, fans could have definitely missed one or two options in their discussions, and it’s possible that the developers of the game could pull a real surprise on them in the end.
That could also coincide well with the upcoming holiday season, and it would indeed be a nice treat to fans of the game if they were given a good surprise like that for Christmas. Could we see a more exciting character making their way to “Super Smash Bros” by the end of this year?
If nothing else, we at least expect to see gameplay changes related to the balance of the title introduced soon, as there have been some discussions among fans regarding the current state of the character balance.
There are some things that can be done to make some characters fit in better and perform more adequately when paired with others, but as always with these games, it will take some time for the developers to perfect the balance and to get everything right. That’s why they have been releasing DLC and updates to the game that push the balance in different directions, and this likely isn’t going to stop for quite a long time.
