‘Suits’ Season 6 Episode 1 Saw Mike Being Duped by an Inmate Who Wanted to Get Back at Harvey!

Too good to be true

Critics believe that it would be difficult for Mike to find a friend in Danbury Prison so having a roommate and an immediate friend in Frank, played by Paul Schulze, on his first day in prison, they knew that something is not right.

In a recent interview, Patrick J. Adams said that he was really lucky just to get to experience the way audiences will experience the episode.

He said that he is also surprised with the character of Frank and also Mike’s reaction because what Mike needed when he checks in at the prison is someone who is going to be really dangerous and would be after his neck. But having a roommate that is so nice makes it quite different.

So when he got to see the end of the episode, he realized that Mike was fooled and he walked right into a trap that was set up for him.

The actor said that he was happy with the twist because it surprised him and surely the audience of “Suits” too, and they now have something to follow in the next few episodes.

For his part, showrunner Aaron Korsh said that they also thought about making Frank not his real name but they eventually said that it’s not worth it. He explained that what they have agreed upon is to get Mike an adversary in prison and one of the writers came up with the idea that he was in prison with someone that Harvey put away, details Yahoo! And that was where the character of Frank Gallo came out to be. Korsh said that it is obvious that Gallo is an intelligent person and sinister at the same time because he’s got a long and brewing grudge against Harvey.

Korsh revealed that the next few episodes of “Suits” Season 6 will see what kind of person Frank Gallo is and the history between him and Harvey.
