Movie News Guide reports that when the show picks up after the five-month hiatus, a new man will enter Donna’s life and will be shaking things up.
In the last episode, Donna confessed to Harvey that she is dating someone else, but executive producer Korsh gave fans hope and hinted that Paulsen might be lying about dating someone possibly to confirm if Harvey still harbors feelings for her.
After all, there’s no news yet that an actor has been cast to take up on a recurring or guest star appearance on the show.
Meanwhile, “Suits” is being pegged for a potential crossover with the CBS political drama “The Good Wife.” Cartermatt posted a suggestion that the two shows combine.
While this is a subject for debate, it would be interesting to see the lives of Alicia Florrick, played by Juliana Margulies, and the partners at Pearson Hardman intertwine.
The two TV shows air on different networks and it is still a huge question if USA Network and CBS agree to merge both shows for a special episode.
The location is also an issue as “Suits” is set in New York while “The Good Wife” is being filmed in Chicago. Showrunners Robert and Michelle King nor Korsh have not yet given their comments on the reported crossover.
