As for Harvey’s therapist, her role will be played by Cristina Cole. She will be joining the cast as Dr. Paula Agard, who will be helping Harvey deal with his various issues now that he has been separated from Donna, and fans of the show will be made more acutely aware of the softer side to Harvey’s character, as the show will explore his personality quite deeply during those sessions with Dr. Agard.
We’ve seen some minor hints about what those sessions will look like, but for the most part it remains a mystery and we’re very excited to see what the producers might have in store for us.
Some fans have even speculated that this part of the plot could be close to what we saw in “The Sopranos” long ago, as that show was also based on the premise of a strong man visiting a female mental therapist in order to get a grip on his life. While the situation in “Suits” is a bit more different, the analogy could still make sense in some aspects.
