“Suits” is going to change significantly in its fifth season, as the show’s producers have been planning a very exciting set of new episodes for their fans. The show has generally been quite full of dramatic and tense episodes, and it’s not rare that its dynamics shift in unpredictable directions. This is actually one of the factors that make it such an exciting production for many of its fans, as people love to guess what might happen in the next episode.
And now, with season 5, one of the main elements that the plot will touch upon will be the personality of Harvey Specter, one of the show’s main characters. He has been portrayed as a very tough, responsible man, always up for the job and knowing his way around life. And yet, everyone has their limits, and Harvey has recently been dealing with a lot of negativity in his life.
Because of this, we’re going to see one of the people who give Harvey the motivation to move forward and helps him to deal with his issues properly. Many professionals in his line of work take up regular therapy sessions to deal with the stress of the job, and Harvey is no exception – and in season 5, we’re going to meet his personal therapist as a new regular character on the show.
We don’t know if she will have any other role in the plot outside of her therapy sessions with Harvey, but even those moments will likely be enough to introduce a significant dose of excitement in the show’s episodes. We’ve generally seen Harvey as a man who deals with his problems on his own and doesn’t need help from anyone, so seeing him talk with his therapist is going to be an interesting change in the show’s dynamics.
Meanwhile, other characters will be dealing with their own problems, including Mike who might be in a tricky spot in his relationship with Rachel. The two are probably going to make things between them even more serious for this season, but they aren’t the only interesting couple with a peculiar dynamic that we’re going to see.
Donna, Harvey’s secretary and one of the closest people to him, has recently made the difficult decision to transfer over to work with Louis Litt, a dynamic that is definitely going to be interesting to watch for many fans. The two have always had a bit of a back-and-forth going on, but it was mostly in the form of negative remarks from Donna. Seeing her warming up to Louis is going to be funny, if nothing else.
