“Stranger Things” saw a successful first season, and it was obvious that the show has a bright future ahead of it, as long as its producers maintain the same work quality throughout the next seasons. And judging by the reports we’ve been seeing about season 2 so far, it looks like the people behind “Stranger Things” are not only going to keep things as great as they were, they are actually planning to advance the show significantly.
This of course means taking some risks, and while this is an inevitable part of every show’s life, it usually comes a bit later than season 2. It’s interesting that the producers of “Stranger Things” want to make the show so dynamic right from the start, but it definitely doesn’t sound like a bad idea.
Some of the main characters are apparently going to be particularly affected by the upcoming developments, and it sounds like we might see some relationships rearranging permanently. Eleven could come back (and some fans even see it as a likely development), and her life could be particularly challenging due to the circumstances around her.
One thing is certain though, there is a lot of room for dramatic developments around Eleven, so we definitely don’t think the character is going away anytime soon. Maybe she will be out of the picture for a while, but we expect something interesting to be shown related to her.
People involved in the show seem quite excited about season 2 as well, and we’ve seen various reports indicating that running the production has been a blast behind the scenes. Some of the show’s stars expressed their shock upon reading scripts for the new season, claiming that fans have a lot to look forward to.
