‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ to Usher Return of Squid-Like Admiral Ackbar for a Bigger Role

‘Star Wars’ expectations

With all the spoilers and leaks circulating around the internet, it appears that the public cannot hide their excitement for the latest “Star Wars” installment.

Early this year, various film analysts started estimating how much sales “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” will achieve. According to The Guardian, Morgan Stanley’s Benjamin Swinburne, an expert box office analyst, predicted that studio Disney will receive around $1 billion in profit for “Star Wars; The Force Awakens.”

On the other hand, another box office analyst, Phil Contrino, had an earlier prediction last April that the latest “Star Wars” installment might not only reach $1 billion but $2 billion if the movie is really good.

Although, the seventh installment is yet to be released, Rian Craig Johnson already confirmed as early as August 2014 that he will be the writer and director of “Star Wars Episode VIII,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
