Star Wars: The Force Awakens to Look into the Past of Luke Skywalker, Simon Pegg Spotted on the Set!

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” is one of the most anticipated productions right now, and fans of the franchise are always on the lookout for fresh new information about the upcoming film. And there are certainly always plenty of rumors to go, although making some sense of them all is a bit of a challenge, especially if one follows all popular rumor sources, which sometimes tend to contradict each other on certain points.

Recently though, we’ve gotten some more concrete reports concerning the plot of the new film, indicating that we’ll get to see a little more from the past of Luke Skywalker, in the form of flashbacks. A particular flashback scene will be played in a bar called “Rose’s pub”, where we’ll see Robert Boulter in the role of the young Skywalker. At the same time, the scene before that could also feature Lupita Nyong’o in the role of Rose.

Rose will be meeting up with Han, Finn and Rey in her own place, a scene which will subsequently trigger the flashback. Several interesting points have been made about this part of the plot. First, we’ll see dead bodies scattered all over the floor of a Jedi Academy, after which we’ll see Luke arriving to the scene, taking one glimpse at the carnage and taking off.

R2-D2 will be disappointed at the same time, as he won’t get the opportunity to join his master on his trip. We’ll see that the hand which took the lightsaber actually belongs to Naka, and in the savannah, a peasant will drop the lightsaber, which starts a fire and causes him to panic.

Meanwhile, we can also see a local trader getting out of the desert and selling something to a wealthy man. Later on, we can see a group known as The Clan using the lightsaber against another group, named The Seven. In the end, Kylo Ren approaches Rey, carrying the lightsaber.

In the end, we can see The Seven looting the scene, trying to find something, while Rose can be seen in the background holding the lightsaber. The whole setup is a bit confusing and some fans have been questioning the way certain alliances have been portrayed, but it’s clear that the writers of the film have some sort of deeper plot in mind which they aren’t willing to reveal completely just yet. It’s also been speculated that the film will actually do a lot to set up the story for “Star Wars: Episode VIII”, rumored to be coming after it. Whether or not that’s true is a bit too early to say, but it’s certainly a plausible scenario.
