The one thing that many fans of the “Star Wars” series do seem to agree on, is that it would be interesting to see the franchise explored in more diverse gaming genres, and not just shooters as of lately.
Sure, there are the popular mobile games around the series, but they’re sadly nothing more than clones of other popular titles for the most part. And to top it off, they don’t even seem to be that successful compared to their original games, so they don’t really count as a solid representation.
For now, gamers have the new DLC for “Star Wars Battlefront” to look forward to, as well as the Ultimate Edition for those who still haven’t had a chance to try the game. The original reviews for the game are quite different from what fans and critics are saying now, so everyone who thinks they might be interested should definitely give the game a try.
We expect EA to reveal some more information about their plans for the DLC soon, as there isn’t that long left until its supposed release. The company is known for their aggressive approach to marketing, especially for major titles such as this one, and we have no doubt that they will put as much effort as they can into promoting both the new DLC, and the complete Ultimate Edition once they’re approaching the market.
