Star Wars Battlefront 2 Coming in 2017 with Significant Changes to the Formula!

On the other hand, it could also be a bit of a problem for the studio, depending on how they go about it. It’s not going to take too much “effort” to make fans feel like they’re being exploited.

A popular brand name like this pretty much lends itself to the idea of being seen as a cash cow getting milked, so EA should definitely be careful with how they approach the development of next installments in the franchise.

The company already had some issues with the release of the last “Star Wars Battlefront”, but they managed to calm down their fans and eventually pulled through with a successful release that blew everyone away.

The game actually died down a bit more quickly than some anticipated, but it still managed to leave a solid mark on the industry, and it’s clear that it has a strong potential for a sequel. How many sequels exactly would be acceptable is hard to tell, but EA have a lot of experience at this point and should know how to work with their market efficiently.

Marketing is going to be critical, and the studio should definitely try to maintain a strong connection with their community if they want to keep people happy as they keep pumping out new games on an annual basis. The studio seems particularly good at this though, looking at the “Battlefield” series as a recent example, so fans shouldn’t worry about that.
