Sony is going to shake up the mobile world when the company finally decides to get these to the stores for consumers to buy. The battery life seems a little lower than average, but the 2600mAh battery is likely to last longer due to the technology getting to be more efficient. The company claims that the battery will offer you up to eight hours of HD video recording, or 63 hours of music play.
All of these numbers are a little above average and even with Sony ditching Qualcomm for the first time, it will be interesting to consumers to see how the new chipset holds up. The Sony Xperia M5 is expected to arrive sometimes in the middle of this year.
