There have been reports saying that patriarch Kody Brown is about to junk his four wives and marry two new wives, which appear to be too far off judging from the tell-all Season 7 finale. According to the same rumors, in the event that Kody proceeds with his plan to leave his four wives and marry two new ones, the network shall let go of him like a hot potato.
Recent speculations started coming out to say that Kody Brown is already losing his touch and his edge and that the patriarch appears to be getting fussy, demeaning, and impatient.
According to the same reports, Kody is said to be losing his patience and demanding to earn more for the show from the network, though judging again from the Season 7 tell-all interview with Erica Hill, it did not look that the Brown patriarch was that kind of guy.
There are also reports saying that the four wives are also no longer interested in pushing for a Season 8 of “Sister Wives” because they already want out of the polygamous marriage.
In fact, there are rumors going around saying that Kody and Robyn might get a divorce soon but it does not look that the relationship was headed that way during the Season 7 finale episode.
Kody, rightly, feels that Meri has disparaged both him and Polygamy to huge degree, beyond the point of possible forgiveness. Sam was the first in a long line of people that got Meri to see that she was being used and abused by Kody under the guise of the doctrine long abandoned and condemned by the LDS. Kody pressured Meri into yielding to his will against her best interests and for his selfish and greedy ends. Now she does who and what she wants.
Meri and Janelle have each recently established new businesses to earn income to enable them to keep payments up so that they do not lose their respective houses now that the show has been pulled from the lineup. Robyn and Christine are still in the formative stages of doing the same. Kody, not to be left penniless, has devised various pitches that he is presenting to a number of network executives involving various numbers of new wives. Interest, so far, has been lacking for his proposals.
